Shipping & Returns

At Florielle Flower Boutique, we are committed to delivering freshness right to your doorstep. Since we deal with delicate, living products, we have specific policies to ensure the best experience for our customers in Dubai.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery across Dubai. (If you deliver to other Emirates like Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, please add them here).

  • Delivery Timings: * Orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 1:00 PM] are eligible for Same-Day Delivery.

    • Specific time slots can be selected during checkout, and we strive to be punctual.

  • Freshness Guarantee: All flowers are transported in temperature-controlled environments to ensure they arrive vibrant and fragrant.

  • Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is not available, our courier will attempt to contact them or leave the bouquet in a safe place (if weather permits) or with building security.

  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within Dubai.

Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns once the delivery has been made and accepted.

  • Quality Concerns: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our freshness standards, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery.

    • Please email a photo of the bouquet to hello@florielle.ae.

    • If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or a store credit/refund.

  • Order Cancellations: * Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

    • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the flowers have been prepared or dispatched.

  • Incorrect Address: Florielle is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Substitution Policy

In the rare case that a specific bloom in your "Bloom Palette" is unavailable due to seasonal shifts, our expert florists will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the overall look and feel of the bouquet intact.
