  • Nature of Goods: Since flowers are natural products, the actual bouquet may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to seasonal availability.

  • Freshness Guarantee: We ensure that flowers are delivered at their peak. No sitting in cold storage for days — just flowers at their most vibrant best.

2. Delivery & Substitutions

  • Delivery Policy: We strive to deliver your orders within the requested time frame across Dubai. However, delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.

  • Substitutions: If a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value that matches the "Bloom Palette" and style of your order.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Dhs. and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment: We accept secure payments through our integrated checkout system. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Since flowers are perishable, orders can only be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the freshness of your bouquet, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with a photo. Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Florielle Flower Boutique.

5. Flower Care

Your flowers have traveled to reach you. To keep your bouquet looking its best, please follow our care instructions. Proper care is essential for the longevity of your blooms.
