Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 1:00 PM]. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day or your chosen date.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the specific area in Dubai.

Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient via phone. If they are unavailable, we will leave the flowers with building security or in a shaded, safe area (weather permitting) and notify both the sender and the recipient.

Because we source our blooms daily, they typically last between 5 to 7 days. To maximize their life, follow our Flower Care guide: trim the stems at an angle and change the water every two days.

Flowers are natural products, and each stem is unique. While we strive to match the website photos as closely as possible, minor substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability to ensure you always receive the freshest blooms.

Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery.
